The game against KAS was going to be a real test as games between the 2 teams had always been close encounters. The boys made the perfect start as Ashley Higgins ran onto Oli Manchip's kick off and set up a ruck, the ball was moved wide where Oli Manchip scored in the corner. The first half was dominated by Chilton who ran in four further trys from Oli Manchip (2), Ashley Higgins and Lewis Randle on the wing. The second half proved a more even contest as the wind favoured KAS and they began to control the ball better. Chilton still looked dangerous with ball in hand and further trys from Ashley Higgins and Lewis Randle extended Chilton's lead. KAS never gave up and scored two late trys as their pressure got rewarded. In another fine team performance Zak Scott, Dan McLuckie, Alfie Hodge and Leighton Redwood caught the eye with their efforts as the final score was 43-10 in Chilton's favour.
